2) Scope of service
We provide best-effort guidance, documentation support, checklists, and communication templates for the plans shown on our website. We do not control Whop, banks, payment processors, or third parties, and we cannot guarantee reinstatement, withdrawals, or approvals.
3) No sensitive credentials
We never ask for passwords, OTP/2FA codes, or full payment card details. You should not share such information with anyone.
4) Payments
Payments may be accepted via an Indian payment method or Crypto (where applicable). Amounts are shown during checkout. By purchasing, you confirm you are authorized to make the payment and understand the plan scope.
5) Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
6) User responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, non-sensitive information, following platform terms of service, and complying with applicable laws. You agree not to use our service for illegal activities.
7) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whop Support is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of access, or platform actions taken by third parties.
